Our lab is interested in how different regulatory mechanisms impact the evolution of thresholds, epigenetic switches (bistability) and clocks (oscillators) in gene regulatory networks. These dynamics and functions are found across biology, and as such, we are not tied to one particular model organism, regulatory network, or experimental technique.
